Charming Chef Casserole Carrier

As autumn and winter approach, it's time to start adding
cozy, comfort foods to the menu. A favorite across the country are yummy
casserole or hot dish concoctions. Donna created a darling carrier to
get warm and bubbling casseroles from one location to another. Starting with
two, pre-quilted placemats, she embroidered the combine
Chef and
Wine and Bon Appetit designs onto one of the table linens. After sewing
the two placemats together on three sides, Donna added two buttons and
buttonholes on the remaining, open side for easy closure of the cover. The
charming carrier is the perfect fit for a 9 x 13 covered baking dish and
chock full of savory style. Wonderful handiwork, Donna - keep up the great
work! Donna used her Viking Designer 1 machine to
stitch out the
Chef and
Wine and Bon Appetit designs. Keep cookin' down the page to see them.
