'Gator Outfit for Baby

Leaping Lizards!  This adorable little khaki and green two-piece set, complete with coy, Baby Alligator appliques, is the creation of embroiderer Ann, who makes it her business to supply all kinds of cute things for babies. She explains, "I have an online store, and I make and sell cloth diapers and other baby items."

This little set was custom-made to fulfill a customer's request. Ann says, "I sent her [out on the website] to look at your applique designs, and she picked the little alligator, and I found the fabrics. The little bottom is a diaper and cover made to snap together.  The outer fabric is just cotton, but there is a moisture barrier fabric inside.  It is then lined with micro-fleece and has a snap-in part made of multiple layers of hemp/cotton fabric."

What a darling and creative usage of designs and fabric!  Great work, Ann!
