Spectacular in Stipples 

This handsome quilted throw looks as comfy as it is beautiful. And, Tracy made it for her brother!  For his birthday! "He wanted something to watch TV with," she said. "And, my mom asked me to make him something so he wouldn't steal her quilts!"

Ah, so in a way, it was a gift for her mother, as well. But we found ourselves wondering how long her brother will have this gorgeous quilt before someone steals it away from him! It's a triumph, Tracy!

Tracy used the tulip stipple design with 50 wt cotton machine quilting thread. "I used my Brother 180D, and each of the 65 designs took 6 minutes," she reported.
