I Ordered the Wrong Size!

If you ordered a design or pack that is larger than what your machine can stitch, send an email to stitch@emblibrary.com. Include:

**Your order number
**The name of the design or pack
**The type of embroidery machine you have
**The size design your machine can stitch

Include ALL of the above information.

When we get your email, we'll see if the design or pack is available in a smaller size, one that fits your machine's hoop. If it is, we'll switch that for you in your order history and notify you via email.

These types of exchanges are free -- but please take a moment to add the stitching area of your embroidery machine to your user profile. After you add the stitching area to your user profile, the website will help you make better choices when selecting designs (it'll warn you against designs that are larger than your hoop!).

If the design or pack that you ordered is not available in a smaller size, you can  split the design with editing software, or have it split for you by a professional editor (and yep, we can give you referrals!). If you're not ready to tackle working with split designs, we'll issue you a gift certificate for the price that you paid, and you can select designs that are more suitable to your machine's limitations.

If you ordered a design that is smaller than what your project requires, send an email to stitch@emblibrary.com. Include:

**Your order number
**The name of the design or pack
**The reason why you need the different size

Include ALL of the above information for fastest service.

After we review your request, we'll either change the size in your order history, or help you to get the proper size.
