I'm Having Troubles Signing In
First, make sure you're using the correct password. The password is case-sensitive. If you created your password using capital letters, lower-case, or a combination of the two, then you'll need to use the same formation when signing in to the website. And double-check to make sure your keyboard's caps lock key is not on. To double-check your password, have it automatically emailed to you. If your security settings in your web browser are set too high, then you may have trouble signing in. Add http://www.emblibrary.com as a trusted website in your web browser, and that issue should be resolved. Internet Explorer users will find that section under the Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab. Click the checkmark for "Trusted Sites," then the button for "Sites." Type in http://www.emblibrary.com, click "Add" and then uncheck the "Require server verification - (https:) for all sites in this zone" then click "Close" now select OK, Close and reopen your web browser. If you are typing in your email address and password and your browser is automatically completing the information, and you're not able to sign in, that may mean that your browser is storing the incorrect information in its cache. To resolve this, clear the information in your web browser. Internet Explorer users will find this under Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Settings -> Delete AutoComplete history. We've given information about Internet Explorer because folks who have trouble signing in are most commonly using that browser. If you use a different web browser, then send us an email (stitch@emblibrary.com). If the above information doesn't resolve your issue, please send us an email so we can help you further. Include your full name and the email address that you have registered at the website. Our address is stitch@emblibrary.com. Thank you!
