I'm Having Troubles Signing In

If you're having troubles signing in to the website, check to make sure you're using the correct password -- and keep in mind that the password field is case-sensitive. If you created your password using capital letters, lower-case, or a combination of the two, then you'll need to use the same formation when signing in to the website. To double-check your password, have it emailed to you.

If you are trying to sign in, and you get a message that says "we are unable to find your login information," that means that your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) is storing information that isn't being translated to the site. When this happens, get a "fresh start" by clearing your cookies and turning off the auto-complete function in your browser.

To clear your cookies, follow these steps (they'll vary depending on the type and version of web browser you're using):

Open your browser

Click on "Tools"

Choose "Internet Options"

Select the 'General' tab.

Then click 'Delete Cookies' button, the 'Delete Files' button, and the 'Clear History' button.'

Click 'OK' and your cookies will be cleared.

To turn off the auto-complete function, follow these steps:

Click on the "Content" tab.

Click the "AutoComplete..." button

To clear the auto options, click the 'Clear Forms' button.  A popup window will appear. Click 'OK.' 

Then click the 'Clear Passwords' button.  Another popup window will appear.  Click 'OK.'

Finally, click 'OK' again to exit the Internet Options window.
