Help!  I Need a Different Format

Maybe you ordered the wrong format, or maybe you have a new embroidery machine that needs a different format. No matter the reason, you can change the format of one design, one order, or your entire order history with just a few clicks of the mouse!

It's done quickly and easily in your order history. Just follow these steps:

Sign into the website and click the 'Order History' tab.

If you need one design in a different format, then click on the link to the order number.
 

In the "format" column look for the drop-down boxes.
 

Change the format for the design that you need....
 

...then download the design in the new format!

If you need an entire order, or your entire order history, in a new format, then follow different steps. Click on any order number.
 

Click the "change format" link at the top of the page.
 

If you want to change the format for all of the orders, then select the format in that box, and click the "update order history" button.

If you want to change the format for the specific order, then choose the format in that box, and click the "update order history" button.
 

After a few seconds, you'll be brought back to your order history, and you can download the design in the new format.

Please note that the format will be changed as long as the design is available in that format. If the design is not available in that format, then there will be no change.
