I Need a Different Size

If you ordered a design or pack that is larger than what your machine can stitch, or is not the right size for your embroidery project, please let us know. If we have the design or pack in a different size that will fit your needs, we will gladly exchange that for you at no charge.

Send an email to stitch@emblibrary.com with:

**Your order number
**The name of the design or pack
**The make and model of embroidery machine that you use
**The size that you'd like to change to

Include all of the above information.

We can usually exchange designs and packs for you, at no charge. There are some exceptions to this policy.
