I Need to Download the Designs Again

Maybe you had a computer crash, or maybe your computer "hiccupped" when you were downloading the designs from your order. No matter the reason, you can download any designs in your order history, at no additional charge.
 

Sign into the website, and click the 'Order History' tab. You'll see all of your orders listed there.

Click on the number to the order that you need to download.
 

That's where you'll find the downloading buttons. You can download any designs stored in your order history, as many times as you'd like at no charge.

Please note that if we remove a design from the website, then it is no longer available for downloading. For more information about that, click here.
