Help! I'm downloading designs,
but getting .html or .aspx files!

If your computer runs on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system, you may also be using version 9 of Internet Explorer (a web browser).

Version 9 of Internet Explorer can sometimes save designs as web pages, or files that end in .html or .aspx. Using the instructions below, you can change the settings in Internet Explorer to fix the problem, and download the design files correctly.

Open up Internet Explorer. Click 'Tools,' then 'Internet Options.'

Under the
the 'Advanced' tab, scroll down to the Security section and uncheck the box next to the setting for 'Do Not Save Encrypted Pages to Disk.'

Then, click the 'Security' tab, and click on the 'Trusted Sites' image (green check mark).

Then, click the 'Sites' button.

Type in the following URL into the box at the top of the page where it says 'Add this website to the zone:"
http://www.emblibrary.com

Click the 'Add' button.

Rep
eat these steps for the URL: https://www.emblibrary.com.

Uncheck the box next to 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.'

Click 'Close.'

Now set the 'Security Level for this zone' to Medium.

Click 'OK.'

Close and reopen your web browser and try downloading the files again.

If you find you're still having troubles with downloading your order, please send us an email and we'll be happy to help. Our email address is stitch@emblibrary.com.
