Can I get a Disk/CD in the Mail?

All designs and packs at Embroidery Library are downloadable after purchase; we don't send any designs through the mail, nor do we make disks, cds, thumb drives, or embroidery cards.

If you are uncomfortable with or new to downloading, order the free designs. You can "practice" downloading those until you get comfortable with the process. And, if you have questions, contact stitch@emblibrary.com and let us know your question, as well as which web browser (including the version) you're using. We'll be happy to help and direct you to the steps to follow to download. You'll be a pro in no time at all -- we promise!
