Embroiderers who purchase from www.emblibrary.com are automatically enrolled into a customer rewards "Happy Hour" program. "Happy Hour" weekends occur once a month, and the invitees are all those who made a purchase from the site during the previous month.

For example, anyone who makes a purchase in February will be sent an invitation to March's Happy Hour; anyone who makes a purchase in March will be sent an invitation to April's Happy Hour.

Happy Hour invitees are eligible for special discounts and savings, as well as 5 free VIP Embroidery designs. If any eligible person participates in the Happy Hour, the 5 free designs will show up in the order history under the order labeled VIP Embroidery.

A few hours before the Happy Hour weekend begins, we'll send email invitations to those on the "guest list" (those that purchased designs during the previous months). The invitation will include information about the special savings and discounts, as well as a preview of the 5 featured VIP Embroidery designs.

The "Happy Hour" starts on the designated Friday and ends the following Sunday at midnight. All times are Central Time. That's 3 days of savings, plus free and exclusive designs!
