Framed Warm Fuzzy

While her boss was on the mend after surgery, Lori presented him with this adorable, framed embroidery to cheer him up. She very thoughtfully combined his love for black labs and his military past for a sweetly personal picture. She says, "I took the Patriotic Pup design [no longer available for purchase] in a 4x4 size and changed the colors to make it a black lab. Since my boss has a black lab that he loves and was formerly in the Navy, I thought this would be a perfect gift for him." She completed the darling project by hand-stitching the eyes to separate the dark threads, and creatively bent a giant paper clip to make a picture stand for the framed piece.
